My water stays ice cold and the agitator mixes up my supplements really well. Its also nice and quiet compared to the traditional blender ball that you would rattle around. Makes cleaning a lot easier as well.
Great shaker, i like the design of the mixing piece, it works very well and mixes thoroughly often with just a few shakez I will say though, sometimes stuff does get caught in it, perhaps and open bottom to the mixer would help with that. However it's not that much of an issue as i can just remove it and pour the stuff and and most of the time the caught stuff slides through the slits while drinking, best shaker i've owned thus far.
I bought this one for my girlfriend because she loved my black and red one . These cups live up to the description of the product. We use ours for drinking our EAA’s during our workouts and also our protein shakes after the workout. The Panda design on the cups look spectacular and really stand out. I really recommend these cups if you enjoy ice cold beverages or shakes.
