The pump is good, the tingles are great and the intro energy is effective, yet after every workout I get a huge crash that literally puts me to sleep every time. The focus is nice but doesn’t last very long. I wish there was more of an extended caffeine release as well. I’d opt to switch this out for something else from panda supps that offers more of an extended release in energy.

This is my go to favorite pre workout. Both flavors are great. On occasion I mix a scoop of Skull with a scoop of a different Panda pre workout and the flavors always work together and the pumps and focus are insane. 2 hours at the gym is not enough for this one and the formula doesn’t make you feel tweaked out at all. Very smooth energy. I always have this on hand.
