The Workout Structure

The format is simple: work hard for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, and move to the next exercise. With four challenging moves, you’ll engage your core from every angle. Repeat the entire circuit 4 times for a killer finisher!

✨ 40 Sec On, 20 Sec Off ✨

  1. Full Extension Crunch

    • Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and legs straight.
    • Crunch up by lifting your shoulders and legs at the same time, meeting your hands and feet in the middle.
    • Slowly return to the start position and repeat.
    • Focus on control and full range of motion for max results!
  2. High Plank Alternating Toe Touch

    • Start in a high plank position with hands under shoulders.
    • Lift your right hand and reach for your left toe, keeping your core engaged and hips steady.
    • Return to plank, then alternate sides.
    • This move targets your entire core while adding a nice stretch.
  3. Knee-Elbow Crunch (20 seconds per side)

    • Lie on your back with one hand behind your head and the other hand flat on the floor.
    • Bend your opposite knee and crunch it toward the elbow of your lifted arm.
    • Focus on squeezing your obliques as you lift and twist.
    • Switch sides after 20 seconds.
    • Feel the burn in those side abs!
  4. In and Outs (Alternating, Then Together)

    • Sit on the floor with your hands behind you for support and legs extended.
    • Alternate pulling one knee in at a time, then bring both knees in together.
    • Keep your chest up and core engaged throughout.
    • This dynamic move will light up your lower abs.
