Mint Chocolate Protein Ice Cream (Ninja Creami Lite)

  1. Blend the Base:
    In a blender, combine the milk, protein powder, and xanthan gum. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. The xanthan gum helps create a thick, ice cream-like texture.

  2. Freeze:
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Place the lid on securely and freeze for 24 hours.

  3. Process in the Ninja Creami:
    Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer, attach it to the Ninja Creami machine, and select the "Lite Ice Cream" setting. Let the machine do its magic!

  4. Mix in Thin Mint Cookies:
    After the first spin, make a well in the center of the ice cream and add crumbled Thin Mint cookies. Re-spin using the "Mix-Ins" function for even distribution.

  5. Top and Serve:
