Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Fairlife Fat-Free Ultra-Filtered Milk
- 1 scoop FUEL Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies (crumbled or broken into small pieces)
Instructions

Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine the milk, protein powder, and xanthan gum. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. The xanthan gum helps create a thick, ice cream-like texture. -
Freeze:
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Place the lid on securely and freeze for 24 hours. -
Process in the Ninja Creami:
Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer, attach it to the Ninja Creami machine, and select the "Lite Ice Cream" setting. Let the machine do its magic! -
Mix in Thin Mint Cookies:
After the first spin, make a well in the center of the ice cream and add crumbled Thin Mint cookies. Re-spin using the "Mix-Ins" function for even distribution. -
Top and Serve:
Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and sprinkle additional crumbled Thin Mint cookies on top for a delightful crunch.
Optional Tips:
