1 tub Reduced-Fat Cool Whip

16 Graham Cracker sheets (gluten-free or regular)

Directions
1️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
2️⃣ Lay out 8 full graham cracker sheets on a baking sheet. Spread melted chocolate evenly over each cracker and chill for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, fold the protein powder into the Cool Whip until fully mixed.
4️⃣ Spread the protein Cool Whip mixture on top of the chocolate-coated crackers. Place another graham cracker on top to make sandwiches.
5️⃣ Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.
